POPULATION PROJECTIONS
Graph 3-1 shows the projected population for the years 1990 - 2015 in the NOACA region based on historic trends.
The five-county NOACA region is forecasted to increase in population by only 5%. The changes among the counties
vary considerably.

Cuyahoga County's population is forecasted to decline by 1.3%. Medina County for the same period is forecasted
to have the highest growth rate of 43.7%. The Medina County Planning Commission forecasts a 2015 population
of 206,562 persons, a 68.8% increase.
