Responsibilities of Visitors
Wendy Park at Whiskey Island is maintained for the recreation of the general public and for the benefit of the citizens of Cuyahoga County and beyond. To ensure continued enjoyment, please abide by the following.

| Enjoy the park and its natural inhabitants (birds, insects, and aquatic creatures). | Drug use of any kind. |
| Enjoy the prairie garden - without disturbing or picking the flowers or grasses. | Alcohol use outside the Sunset Grille and Marina. No outside alcohol is permitted. |
| Enjoy the Lakefront and Cuyahoga River - without swimming or entering the water. | Weapons or fire arms of any kind. |
| Fish - only in designated areas and with a valid fishing license. | Amplified music that disturbs others. |
| Use a park bench or picnic table designed for sharing. | Damaging or obstructing park amenities including gate entrances. |
| Deposit trash in a brown receptacle, recyclable materials in a green receptacle. | Rummaging through trash and recycling receptacles. |
| Walk your dog or pet - on a leash - and only if you clean up after it. | Performance or commercial activity, except by permit. |
| Drive slowly and respectively on designated roads. | Driving your vehicle beyond the far east gate and parking area. |
| Take souvenir photographs. | Fireworks and/or firecrackers. |
